News to follow:
As reported here on politico.com. Hillary Clinton's campaign is in serious finantial trouble. Anyone with half a brain can see that along with being a festival of fail, this bid for the White House is also damaging to the overall morale of democrats across the country who have pledged their votes on Mrs Clinton. As the Democratic Conference draws near, it would seem that the Clinton camp is digging in for the long haul and like the occupation of Iraq. there is no end in sight.
Unlike the Boston Marathon or Race for the Cure. This is not one of those contests where even the last (wo)man to cross the finish line is celebrated. In modern politics winners and losers are defined by charachter and charisma. Both of which Hillary is lacking.
Also lacking from this particular camp is a sense of fair play, honesty and the ability to say more than 2 words without vomiting lies. It's bad enough that Mrs. Clinton's presidential campaign was founded on name recognition and a snobby "I'm better than you!" attitude. But why should we have to put up with outlandish claims about dodging sniper fire and bringing peace to northern Ireland? Being the president of the U.S.A. requires a bit more than the ability to shake hands with people and toot your own horn. It requires confidence and charisma, and Hillary Clinton has neither.
I believe, deep down. that the Clinton camp's relentless attacks on Barack Obama and damaging attitude towards a fellow democrat will hinder ANY democrats chances of winning in the upcoming election. The constant calls from her party members to stop and the recent offer from other party members to give her a consolation prize are all signs that this campaign cannot be sustained against a younger, stronger and more finantially fit Obama camp.
Lets all hope that this power-hungry cunt can see and accept some REAL solutions so that she can stop offering her version of them to us.
I'm not up for 4 more years of Bush-esqe assumed superiority. This country could use a LEADER, damnit. Not some know-it-all old bag who refuses to use logic or reason and who's too lazy to move around a bit and lose some weight off of that gigantic turd-cutter of hers.
